"We hired Jason of J&J Remodel to put in two side fences with latching gates on our property in order to secure our back and side yard in preparation for the arrival of our puppy. We were under time constraints to get the job done well and quickly. It was very important that the fences be of solid quality and excellent workmanship. Jason and his assistant were on time every day and completely dependable/reliable. They worked efficiently and with remarkable skill/ know-how. Jason was sure to consult with us regarding design needs and work within the specific parameters of what we needed. The area was always cleaned up and properly secured at the end of each work day, which is so important with young children around. The job was completed in a very timely manner, with excellent results and fantastic attention to detail. We will ABSOLUTELY be hiring J&J Remodel again for future jobs. THANK YOU Jason."

“Jason McCombs was the general contractor for the extensive interior remodel our home in Scotts Valley.
The scope of the project included the following work:
- Fireplace - Green slate tiles + a custom mantle installed
- Home theatre installation – with a hidden built-in electric screen
- Installation of marble in 2 bathrooms
- 4 New high efficiency toilets
- Installation of 80 pot lights (every room required significant drywall & paint)
- Installation of 4 patio doors with the replacement of all the rotten subfloors surrounding all 4 doors
- Completely rebuild our ½ bath
- Install baseboards
- Hardwood & Cord install across 5 rooms
Jason coordinated work among up to 10 workers at one point in time including:
- 3 electricians
- 2 drywall people
- 2 tile people
- 3 hardwood floor installers
Our house was transformed in a period of 6 weeks (on schedule!). Jason ensured our priorities well understood and ensured as issues came up they were quickly resolved. Jason worked well with minimum guidance even when Asta and I were away traveling. He has awesome communication skills and good judgment on when to call and ask for information or direction.
Asta and I were very comfortable working with Jason on this ambitions project and he worked hard to make our lives as stress free as possible. We moved into a beautifully renovated house that was clean and ready for use. We look forward to Jason working on the exterior parts of our home later this year.”
